Sometimes I wonder why nobody in playerbase & LCS take points in the following abilities:

This ability I have to admit is the best 1v1 potential ability he has in terms of Attack Speed & that DoT after-damage effect, yet people are spamming 1v1 duels with his AoE damage R instead. What's the context in this til Riot had to nerf his R?

I can understand this one, considering the fact that his W + can already literally shred anybody. But other than that, what else is his Q useful for since it didn't need a rework like Tristana's E?

This is mostly in LCS, where I've seen half the games where nobody touches his E at all even until Level 11-ish. Does the traps not sync well with Jhin's other abilities or something?
