Fiora Ult broken
It's occurred several times now for me and as well as several other players where upon a target dying with Fiora's Ult activated on them, the healing ring does not drop sometimes. Please fix this. Thank you.

"If she attacks or Riposte.png Ripostes one Vital before her target dies, she creates a victory zone that heals her and allied champions within over the next 2 seconds. The duration is extended by 1 second for every extra Vital hit, up to a maximum of 5 seconds."
Don't know whether you've been hitting vitals on each time it doesn't heal, but this is worth mentioning
