What Would It Take To Be A Community Manager?

I'm possibly not the best at this. Given that I tend to say things, thinking in one context but people think I mean them in another. But I would like to make a full scale resume and would like to know what would be looked for in a community manager if even any spots would be open. I've atleast researched this job and the only reason why I'm asking this is cause I thought it would be cool for a game that I've spent hours playing to also be part of my job since I'm already sort of invested in it, and even though I would be seen as a low ranking riot member, I'm sure I could bring a better enjoyed time when playing with members of the community and trying to get them engaged and being nice to each other. It might not be as effected as it could be but I feel like praise for good behavior instead of punishment for bad as our Tribunal could also help taking League of Legends from the "Toxic community" it's commonly seen as or atleast when someone hears it and decides to try anyway, they see the community is actully a lot more welcomming then they first thought which would highten the expericen for those players. I don't know if it would ever happen but I'm very good at keeping secreats and have never even told the secreats of some of my worst enimies and have never even thought of that was a "way to get back at them" so if I was told the primary lane of the newest champion but told to keep it a secreat, I would. Most of my work would probably be trying to teach random members of the community tips and tricks that I have devolped to help stop tilting or getting angry as well as even turning a complete one sided game into atleast somewhat enjoyable, even when it's 2 to 56.
