Need help

So, Normals are too easy, but i cant seem to keep consistency in my ranked games, I go from Carrying hard like fiora top 24/5/6 to games like 6/9/12 or 14/16/22 and im unsure what happens. Im no gold tier player just better than bronze all i want is silver. Any tips?
