Increase Starting RP to 500
With only 400 starting RP, you can only buy 3150 champions when they are half off. Increasing the starting rp to 500 will allow newer players to have more freedom of choice when picking out new champions.

they kind of want people to have to spend money for champions. money is their main goal.
