I mean how is one supposed to achieve level 6 mastery if he has never gotten blue essence.

The odds of you getting a skin shard for one champion are like really bad. If you've never gotten anything but skin shards, it's impossible to upgrade to level 6.

I got a striker Ezreal skin from a crate a couple days ago
