What IS this?! For gods sakes this is the third fucking company I have seen do this shit. They don't even care that they are straight up stealing skins, and slightly modifying others.

These things are usually done in countries that don't respect our IP laws or have their own. There's nothing they can do usually, and even when they can is probably a waste of their time. It's not cutting into their player base.
Riot should steal those two on the sides and make champs/skins based on them
I gotta say this is the first I've seen outright copying the image. Usually (like with league of angels) they at least changed the image (even if it's just changing the colors) but this just takes the cake.
To be fair riot doesn't really care about stuff like this. It's isually just ad ridden games that play nothing like LoL so they obviously won't take away from customers, plus like others have said it's usually in places that don't have copyright laws!
