Im on an endless tilt...
I was in silver 5 with about 80 lp then jsut went and nosedived. Now im down to bronze 1 0 lp. Its been over 3 days so dont say take breaks...

Learn what role you work best in, champions you know more and keep ranking. Things like this happens a lot so just keep playing more and more.
if playing solo doesn't work for you ( it doesn't for everyone ), i suggest finding a duo partner that you can rely on. when i go on tilt in ranked i normally play a few arams or norms to cool myself back down.
its not tilt duo is significantly easier than solo. The sheer amount of trolls is staggering. When all your teammates just run in and suicide its impossible to win.
