So, I'm on a losing streak (Rant/Vent post)

For the past week or so, I've been losing so many games. It's gotten to the point where I just want to quit for a while, but I can't because I used to love the game so much. So I feel like in order to keep my sanity, I need to post this.

I tried starting ranked without my duo, because he hasn't been around to play any. That's kinda what started my downward spiral. So far my ranked games are sitting at 1/6, the only win I have is because I took mid instead of my usual support. Don't get me wrong, I play both lanes. But I prefer supporting. Except, every ADC I come in contact with can't do anything. I can get them fed early, then they throw. Not to mention, my entire team. I say "Hey, we aced them, let's get baron" toward end game, try to be the shotcaller, and NO ONE LISTENS. 5 minutes later, guess who has baron? Other team. Of course, because I didn't just say we should get it. Not at all.

So, I tried playing some normals to see if that would help. Nope, even there people don't listen to shotcalling. They dive, they feed, they derp around in jungle and don't know where to go. I feel like I'm babysitting 2 year olds when I play support. 2 year olds who can't understand English.

Finally, I tried playing some Nemesis Draft today. It's a new mode, supposed to be fun, right? Well, no. I've played 4 games of it so far. One game we had 2 afks for most of the game. One game we had a bot lane who fed hard, and they had the advantage. The other two games were that people didn't know they were picking for the other team, and raged when "I didn't get the champ I selected, wtf!"

If you looked at my in-client match history right this second, there is only 1 victory. One. To see that every time I look at my profile just makes me sad and frustrated. I don't even care if I have a 40/60 win rate. I just want something better than this crap I'm getting this past week. It's not fair.

Edit: Downvotes aren't really necessary. You're not helping the problem. Thanks though.

I'm posting to let you know you're not alone. I had the worst day ever in ranked yesterday, and my main duo out ranked me, so we can't cue now. But let me say this - it always gets better. While taking a break might be the best idea you get, the benefit of coming back with a fresh mind is wonderful.

I won't even recap what happened to me yesterday. It's not worth it to think about it. I cued with four friends after that game and got the best compliments (the first time I played with them, they seriously didn't understand that I could actually play, all they saw was my bronze 5 mark. Last night change their minds, finally).

I know this is meant as just a vent... but here's the best advice I can give to anyone for whom the game is reaching the limit...

First and foremost, find something else to do for a few days. Something COMPLETELY different. Personally, I'd recommend something lighthearted and fun, something like Journey or Rayman Origins, or maybe watching some non-LoL streams, or just watching tv/movies/anime. Something as far from LoL as you can get.

Secondly, when you get back, play a game or two of normals ,teambuilder, aram, or something else just to refresh your muscle memory.

Thirdly... it's harder to get on tilt if you're not focused on winning - so learn to focus on yourself. On becoming better, rather than simply on winning. I made an advice post a while back... here I'll post a link for you... maybe a change in mindset can help you avoid this in the future: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/miscellaneous/Xp3EhQMY-advice-for-enjoying-and-succeeding-at-ranked-play

It's nice to see that people are downvoting something that isn't meant to be pointing fingers or anything more than letting me relax..
