Random Surveys after matches

so i've only played a few times in the past week but one out of every three games I play or twice since I began playing again, I've gotten a random survey after the match asking if I thought the champions theme, gameplay, and visuals were more or less complimenting eachother, one was yes the other was no but suffice to say I'm alittle confused as to why there were surveys in the first place
