People actually choose viable champions in normals while in ranked everybody on my team decides its time to go full level 5 swag playing pathetic champions.
Skill doesn't magically detoriate, only the skill of your teammates changes. Bad luck = getting paired with unskilled. Good luck = paired w/ competent.
Jiberamu1 voteswell lets look at your champions 27% winrate in 15 games on velkoz low cs alot of deaths negative kda,blitzcrank decent 57% win rate with funky builds and still die alot for playing support and claiming to be better than your elo, graves actual good win rate with a good kda and cs because its an easy champion, jinx 50% win rate high amount of deaths and assists probably why the win rate is 50%,malphite 27% winrate even kda low cs rate. what i learned from op.gg is you play champions that are too hard for you like blitz and velkoz, you play too many variety of champions so you play something your probably not good or comfortable on all the time, you die way too much , and it looks like you play too passive and dont get enough damage down in fights unless you play graves. Also you need more games on a set number of champions, you could possibly be higher than your division by maybe one to two tiers ( like silver 1 or something) but you play champions you lose with and you play too many different things so that you lose games you could potentially win with a champ you know you can win on therefore you would be higher by a little.

Low cs on malphite? I play malphite jungle. High deaths on Jinx? Getting focused without peel. Vel'Koz? Teammates suck. Passive? LOL I need more games on a set number of champions? Level 5 blitz and level 5 tf. Funky builds on blitz? It's called confidence.
