Honestly? Do you report a troll or someone being toxic or trolling their own team when you win?
A very popular troll logic is "They won't report if they win" is this true? Do you REALLY report every instance of bad behavior you witness or do you let things slide every now and then because "Hey I just won my promo's thanks to these trolls."

I report any instance of toxic/trolling/just general unsportsmanlike behavior including if there is an intentional feeder and you decide to kill them, first time I warn you after that if you keep encouraging them and not just let them execute themselves. Yeah I report you.

i for one and crimnally honest i would fight every one or no one and it usually smoked and mirrored the real troll who was purposly leeching to piss people off
if you see something about people scared to chat there is two reason for that
