Why is it okay for the skin to be on sale so players can get it for less than other players did, but it's not okay for that skin to get the special loading screen like the others because they'd get it for less than other players did?

PROJECT: Yasuo is older, which is why we're okay with putting him on sale. PROJECT: Yasuo, while a PROJECT: skin, isn't part of this particular promotion.

Yasuo needed a border and because he doesn't I cant buy these skins yet, my ocd wont allow it

I prefer 1350 RP and up, would be great if he's able to get a legendary skin.....Also make it unmasked, since Akali and Kennen has couple unmasked skins but not Shen.

Surprise Party Shen. His Qs throw balloon animals, a clown nose honks every time he lands a taunt, and a cloud of confetti flies out of his ult targets when he arrives.
