NA Launcher Broken

I opened League this morning hoping to actually be able to play it for once. This would be a feat I was unable to accomplish the past two days, as league updated for over four hours on both days. When I opened my launcher, I got the following message:

"Corrupted files have been detected. Would you like to repair?"

If I click "Yes", it starts the repair process, except it sits at 0% for eternity. I let it sit for 45 minutes and it never went above 0%.

If I click "Quit", it lets me start the game, but the log-in screen flat out doesn't show up. The league processes all stop. Once again, I wait for 15 minutes, and nothing happens.

Funnily enough, I can log onto and play on LAN just fine.

Does anyone know what's going on? This is extremely frustrating.
