Add Summoner Icon Info?

I was digging through my summoner icons, I counted I have 81 in total and quite a few of them I cant recall where they came from.

I was thinking how great it would be if the box to the right of the icon pictures that instead it has where you got the achievement from. an example would be "Lisandra's Crest: Awarded during the 2013 Freljord ARAM event for picking sides with the Frostguard."
