How do I get rid of this atrocious new black screen on my client?

I logged in today and see a black screen that looks partially finished with a big countdown clock on it. It has question marks on it??? It looks so poorly done on my computer. Is there a way I can remove it and get to the regular screens?

Seem store is unavailable as well.
