What have we become!?

They say you never know what's wrong with you unless it's too late, sometimes i wonder if it is too late. Often i see myself judging other players who just wanna play the game, whether it be garen nasus bot or someone who wants to play ad twisted fate. I always conform to a meta set by those who play more than i do, and doing everything thematically and strategically. I don't see myself having fun. Because I'm not. The day i played my first match i felt wonderful, a brand new game with a huge and confusing map with a big and diverse champion pool. Those days i played for fun, a newbie being coached by another newbie. Those days are over, all i do now is play to win, not to play. They say it's the journey that matters not the destination, but's left of our so called journey. We always do the same thing, go to lane, farm, fight, roam, fight, contset objectives, maybe backdoor, and still end up losing with the thought cemented in our minds that if we do the same thing again we might end up winning. People look at the pros and point to that as their evidence, apparently a video of a penta is the same as the real thing. We as a community, suck. We've separated ourselves as factions, alienating anyone who's different, our league system is flawed, our game is being ripped apart by us. When was the last time you enjoyed a bitter loss, going 0/3 in lane and being pushed all the way back, the only matches we care about are those we can win. Because there is no journey, we play for a destination. We play to grind Ip, Lp, get more experience. But every sweet victory on one side, is a bitter loss on another, and all of use want to be the winners. We flame, rage, and do anything we can to try to keep a grip. Tell me, do you know, we're all Insane. We demand a company make their game the way we like it, pull it out of it's roots and complain we don't like it, we all dream of going pro but no one knows. Going pro is a journey and being there is a destination, think what next, because we dream of doing it all, never thinking maybe, just maybe, we're wrong, maybe unite, not as silvers, golds, noobs, pros, laggers, and trolls, but as a comunity not ruled by greed. We know something's wrong, but we don't know all of it is us.

Realism OP. You can keep some of the people happy most of the time, but you can't keep all of the people happy all of the time. Generally, players will "copy" or imitate the pros out of sheer ignorance. They see something cool happen or some champion being played out of the meta that ends up facerolling. But they don't know WHY or how, so they play it thinking it makes them just like the professionals.

Personally, think we start taking things too seriously when it starts getting to ranked or even to the stat shields on normals (not everyone, obviously). Winning is important, it's one of the main objectives when we play. However, we should never lose sight of having fun while playing. There are over one hundred champions and it is a wrong expectation to think someone has played them all, even if they are level 30. Some people just play casually and focus on a certain champ/pool of champs.
