will riot ever make a champ that is clumsy

You know like really, REALLY clumsy. Someone with an unremarkably bad sense of direction and luck but always ends up alive and defeating the bad guy? i.e. The guy slips or trips on something which then kills the big bad; except he does it ALL the time. Just wondering if Runeterra has such a clumsy, unlucky (but lucky) person of legend? [zombie-brand-mindblown]
