These PROJECT skins are tilting me

I thought for sure they'd be out tonight after the video today, PROJECT: DISRUPTION. (I'll put up a link for anyone who hasn't seen it yet.)

Has any more info on their release been given or are we all still just waiting on "soon"/"some time during patch 6.15"?

They should be out tomorrow (Tuesday). If you go to the Project: Disruption page (you can find a link on Surrender at 20) it shows that the new project chests/icons will be avalible tomorrow.
