RIOT: Add Sub-Sections to Main Site UI That Forums Already Have

If you move your mouse over one of the subjects on the top of the page (Game Info, News, Competitive...) while on the forums site you will get subsection that you can go to. IF you're on the main www.pvp.net site you will not find these. Not only does this make using the main site annoying... but it also makes it very hard to find patch notes because you have to navigate through a sea of chaos of random news articles.

I am surprised they never figured this out through testing on the site redesign; nor have fixed it several months later. For the record, if it matters, I am using Windows 8 version of Internet Explorer (IE10).
