anyone runs Skyrim with 300+ mods?, what if League of legends had a creation kit?

I don't think any other game other than Oblivion, could be modded and played for so long, Skyrim is like the biggest most modded with almost infinite options game.

when the next Elder scrolls game hits us, a few years after they are done working on Fallout 4, it will be insane. games are so much better when they are made by gamers, if Riot released a creation kit for League of legends, you can bet your ass this game would be x1000 better.

**young modders are better, smarter and not effect by comapny money rules (just what I think). don't release games, finish them and then let random modders play around, they do it for free anyway, and the content they add is insane, choose what works and then release the game. on the other hand, if they would have done that with COD, there would not be so much money made from sequels. so in basic terms, we as gamers are fuc*ed by gaming companies. **

it's sad but true, no one wants to creat the perfect game, no such thing as perfect. but even if you had the money and time, you want games to lack something, this way you can add it in the next DLC/game and milk the cow some more. the fact that there are immersion mods that make games like GTA and Witcher x10 times better, proves my point.

League can't have a creation kit because it's online and it's a Moba game, you can't balance a game by letting everyone and their mother do it.
