Spawn four enemy dummies on top of eachother. Toggle refresh cooldowns. Spam Q and W over them. They count as champions, so you will gain AP for each dummy hit. That's 6 stacks per second.

When you hit like 30000 feel free to Instagib Baron with 2-3 nashor's autos
