So there is actually a new champ select coming, and there seems to be a tribunal that will happen as well (finally). These must be coming next season as he says "our next set of features".

Wait, these must be the changes going on the PBE Nov 3rd. OMG YES.

Plot twist: There isn't any new "set of features" until the 2020 season.

They already told us a couple months back that ranked will have a teambuilder-like queue next season. I'm assuming this is what is due to be tested on the PBE on the 3rd.
