Honestly, it is just spam. You asking Riot to "do something" is asking them to allow this type of behavior. They are currently against it, and ban players for it. So you asking them to do something, is asking for change, and change would be them allowing this. Stop being a moron and use your mute button. Also, if you are so emotionally unstable, then don't play a game that is known for having a shit community. That is just common sense.
