Bullied in matches only to get reported

I currently have a rank restriction due to my own actions and now i don't type in chat anymore because people report things for saying "dont feed" but clearly there is a difference between that and shit talking. But in normals i get bullied and harassed constantly. I just spent nasus going 0-7 for the first 25 ish mins ( we still won cause i pushed and lanes did well ) but the entirety of the game my teamates called me silver trash and i was lucky being silver *im currently plat 4 * yet end game i got reported by all 4 of them for intent feeding when i ended like 4-9 and got 4 towers...... and this happens all the time where teamates /duos and so on just pick on others and think they are right since they are the majority .... what do i do !
