#SIGN UPS

Sign ups will start: Dec. 20th and end Jan. 4th.

#GENERAL

• Taking place on Twisted Treeline
• Every team member is required to have FEK and an avatar
• Rewards will be RP and Temp FEK Tournament Badge - may have more later on.
• 8 teams will compete.
• Each team is required to have 1 sub that also has FEK.

#TIMES AND DATES

• Jan. 8th - 6 games: Quarters 2 bo3s

• Jan. 9th - 6 games: Quarters 2 bo3s

• Jan. 15th - 6 games: Semifinals 2 bo2s

• Jan. 16th - 5 games: Finals 1 bo5

#RULES

PLAYERS:

1. Players may only play on the account with the summoner name that they register for the draft, regardless of bans, chat restrictions, or name changes.
2. If a player is experiencing technical issues, the game can be paused for a maximum of 20 minutes.
3. If a player remains disconnected after the given time has passed, the game continues as a 2v3 and the player may rejoin at any time.
4. If a player uses language that is obscene, foul, vulgar, insulting, threatening, abusive, libelous, slanderous, defamatory or otherwise offensive or objectionable; or promote or incite hatred or discriminatory conduct, in or near the match area, at any time, they will receive a penalty that can go from losing a ban to being banned from the Tournament.
5. If a player is found to have deliberately thrown the match then the player is banned from FEK Tournaments.
6. If a player is caught cheating in any way shape or form, he is automatically removed from future FEK tournaments and his team forfeits.
7. Tournament officials and FEK Staff not allowed to receive favors/gifts/donations of any kind from players.
8. Tournament officials and FEK Staff are not allowed to play in FEK Tournament at all.

TEAMS:

1. If a team does not show up to a game, then they forfeit the match.
2. Teams must have at least 1 sub.
3. Teams must always have at least 1 person from their starting lineup playing in a game, if they can not do so, then they forfeit the match.
4. Teams are allowed 3 substitutes and must list them at least 2 days prior to FEK Tournaments. People may not sub for multiple teams, if someone is found to have a been a substitute for multiple teams by using different accounts for each team, they are banned from FEK Tournaments and the teams forfeit the games that the substitute played in, even if they won.
5. The players with most games receive the rewards.

GAMES:

1. If a game crashes the game is automatically remade.
2. If a game is bugged and the bug is extensive enough to affect the outcome, the game is remade.
3. If a game crashes, the game will be either remade or rescheduled depending on the tournament officials. If a game is remade or rescheduled, the picks and bans will remain the same. If a team does not show up to the rescheduled time, then they forfeit the match.

OTHER:

1. FEK holds the right to change rules at any time at our discretion. Rules created will NOT be retroactively enforced upon actions that took place prior to them being created.
