Come on Rito, Lets get some refunds

We only get 3 refunds. Lets think about that, if we buy a champion that we hate that doesnt fit our playstyle, we refund it. Sometimes, we do this a few times for champions we dont like. It would be nice to actually have more refunds because some of us actually bought seriously nerfed champions after they were nerfed (, , etc.) Give us more or atleast a refresh so we can use our IP for more practical purposes.
