Why Are Vayne Players So Toxic?
I main support. Every time I see Vayne picked, I want to dodge because they think that since they had one good game on Vayne that they're Doublelift.

I can't put my finger on it exactly, but, I do agree (this from a bot lane main). My guess is the feeling of being able to outplay an entire enemy team by yourself is just too tempting to pass up.
Unless you're Piglet, Uzi, Rekkles, (you get the point I'm making), most players don't understand the limits of both their own ability vs every ability that can be thrown at you.
My guess for the toxicity is this: in order to pull off those legendary Doublelift mechanics, you need to find the right opening, which is provided by the team 99% of the time. The rage comes from people thinking "OH THIS IS MY CHANCE." ...only to look like the (pardon my lack of a better term) biggest noob on the team. Then, there's the rage, generally summed up using some of - if not all - of the following:
"Team is garbage." "No peel" "I'm the only good player" etc.
You get the idea.
TL;DR Their stupidity of being unable to have their openings for their gameplay spoon fed to them is my guess...

You just won a ranked game with a Vayne who went 13/4. Take yo wins and move on.
Generalizing a players personality based on the champ they are forced to play due to the state of tank type champs.
We just need more tank busters and it will be fine.
Or for them to fix the meta.
Tanks/bruiser/jug whatever players are calling them.
Because she doesn't have a man to hold and caress her and whisper sweet nothings in her ear.
Not too long ago I had a vayne who was beyond greedy, kept bitching at everyone because "support should be roaming all the time" (I was support and if I left bot lane at that game my ADC would be left to the wolves it was that bad), and when he got 0/10/0 he started to feed. He feed the top lamer to the point of no return and we were destroyed because of him. His excuse? "I'm the only good player I get trash teammates. Report and uninstall you suck". You know it's times like these I begin to question if my tolerance has finally drained or not

Because she's flavor of the month. Every champ that the meta has decided is " strong" gets picked a ton, often by people who do not main them and are awful. Often also, these people are rude, abrasive and toxic... as they only picked the champ because they thing they can faceroll an easy win with them for being "OP". Thus they are the usually the WORST sort of players. Rude and prickish when winning and extremely rage-prone when losing. Then the meta shifts and Vayne isn't considered OP and they all drop her and we hear about how all Tristana or Jinx or Graves mains are all toxic when they become meta.
Vayne isn't toxic. The community is. Vayne is just POPULAR, and so by default she has more toxic kids playing her because more people are playing her. People who main underplayed champs are usually diehard mains of those champs and less prone to rage or expecting easy faceroll wins. People who ride the meta all day every day want wins and don't care about anything else. That sort of competitiveness leads to them being a lot more toxic than the dude playing Galio mid because he's a diehard Galio main and owns all his skins. He wants to win too, but he mostly just wants to play his favorite champ. That Vayne Meta-sheep isn't playing to have fun with the champ... he's playing to STOMP with that champ.
It's the exact same reason infamous pubstomp champs are often known for having really toxic players. They're picked often by people who want to faceroll an easy win... usually to brag about it and act like a jerk. If they win, they'll be insufferable and try to get their opponents angry and raging at them. If they lose, they'll probably be the one blaming their team for the loss because EVERYONE knows that Master Yi is OP as hell and can't lose unless his team is awful.
TL: DR: Vayne isn't toxic. Vayne just SEEMS toxic right now because she's being played a lot by the meta-sheep who want easy wins and those kinds of players are often immature and toxic.
