Certain champions needs their attributes to be changed around imo
#
Tank/Fighter Fighter/Tank
Yeah, prioritizing which is Primary & Secondary matters.
Everyone knows this. J4 isn't too cut out most of the time buying Cinderhulk & going full tank. Majority of the time, players usually build him as a full AD champion who utilizes his burst on his EQ combo, especially with his buffed ult. Compared to the likes of pure Tank champs such as Alistar or Shen, J4's tankiness stats isn't anywhere near them.
#
Tank/ None Tank/Fighter
I don't know if that "Tank," words in his attributes may be a missing typo or something, but if it were the "tank" only case, he needs to have his Fighter attributes in his Seconary role at least. Cz I've finished a 15/1/22 as Shen today, and believe me, a pure Tank doesn't fit the description into it. Proof of match is below:

Tank/Fighter Support/Tank
Before you give me that "Blitz isn't originally a Support" statement, I get it, but the thing is that majority of games he's played in IS Support. Not saying he's only fixated onto Support, but his Primary attribute being Support helps to describe him in his current state. Plus, Tahm Kench is also labeled Support/Tank for being a top/jungle/support champion. Blitz being a Support/Tank is what I feel it should suit him best.
#
Support/Fighter Fighter/Support or Fighter/Tank
Almost no one plays him as bot lane Support, as he's mostly seen in the jungle going for the usual tanky Cinderhulk builds, or the one-shot ulting AP Nunu. Nunu can have either one of the two new attribute picks in the sub-title above, as he seems to fit into either one of those being a Runic Echo or Cinderhulk builder more than the empty bot lane Support Nunu.
#
Marksman/None Marksman/Fighter
After his rework, he's literally seen everywhere now. Not just being a squishy ADC bot lane, but now a tanky bruiser top lane or the jungle. Graves pretty much deserved the Fighter attribute a lot.
Now for the incoming common Q&A sessions I may get from anyone reading this:
#Why do you think making this thread seems important?
I remembered people were throwing a fit when Riot changed Mordekaiser's attribute as a Marksman for weird reasons, so I thought I would want to give my own opinions like this thread here.
#Why didn't you give Vel'koz & Brand their "Mage/Support" attributes?
It's not that Support role is a thing for them at bot lane. It's just that they were PUSHED into bot lane from mid lane, considering the fact that they were buzzard off from tons of Assassin champs at mid lane.
#What about Annie?
In her case, she isn't a fully oriented Support champion. She's typically a "lemme cast 4 spells then Imma drop Tibbers on them" type of Support champion. Compared to other support champions, this seems icky & doesn't really help much considering the fact that other Supports have more "teammate assisting" attributes than Annie such as Braum or Janna.
I'm still anticipating what are her mini-changes in the Mage Update, so I can't say much for her now.
#What about MF being a Marksman/Mage?
Her mage attribute for building AP does not fare as good as certain mage champs like Azir, Malzahar, or even Mordekaiser, so that's why I think the Mage attribute doesn't fit MF very well.
So here are my full thoughts about certain champion's attributes. I apologize if some of them doesn't seem to fit your satisfaction.
