It never ceases to amaze how people turn into the worst they can be during this game.

I'm not complaining about toxic people, nor some loss, nor how I'm stuck in ELO hell or something. I'm just making a statement that we all probably already know.

When you play LoL, sometimes you just turn into the worst kind of person. You start swearing when you normally wouldn't, you start to get frustrated and angry, you start to say things that looking back you would never, ever say.

Example, I had a game where I was doing sort of bad (something like 2/5/4). Salty guy #1 asks me why I'm so bad, so I mention that my pinky is currently fractured, which really wasn't affecting me too much, but he asked. He then promptly tells me to break my other hand and that I am r%%%%%ed for playing with an injury. Then again, he had just dc'ed for a few seconds because of lag, so that was probably hurting him more than my hand did me.

I think a lot of this, although this is my opinion, stems from Riot's responses and decisions. And no, I am not going to blame Riot for everything. But I feel like the communication, although more than most companies, is not done right.

Again, this is my opinion, but what I think Riot needs to improve/do is:

1. Have more in client/email surveys about subjects.

2. Have a designated job placement for boards moderation. Things means someone who has the ability to be either in the loop or able to contact other rioters so that he can answer questions. He/she can give brief context for balance changes, can answer and acknowledge bugs, and can take notes and summarize the general boards opinions.

3. Be able to communicate better. If some champion comes out way too strong, make it known that nerfs are probable. Don't wait through the storm of complaints and eventually announce it during the change itself. For non-event and non-promotional changes, please let the playerbase know in advance what things are planned, so that there is less confusion.

######P.S. Towers and death timers probably have a huge impact too. No one asked for those changes ;_;
