Looking for a good PC drawing tablet

Okay, I'm an artist and I love using PC programs to do my thing, but using a mouse is really frustrating and limiting. I'm looking for some advice on picking a tablet as well as trying to see if anyone knows of any off-hand that will fit what I want. So, here's what I'm looking for:

  1. If possible, I would REALLY like to find one that isn't pressure sensitive, but only responds to the pen. I just have a bad habit of laying my hand when drawing.
  2. An on tablet screen would be nice.
  3. Must be compatible with Windows 7.
  4. I would like to keep it around $100-$300 if possible but honestly I might be willing to go upwards of 5.

That's really it. I'm also pretty flexible so please leave me some responses to check out. Thanks guys.

To get the screen on the tablet is going to bump up your costs greatly, Im talking thousand dollar bump. That said I have been using the Wacom Intous' for years and they are the best you can get.
