All my rune pages got deleted.

Logged in, went to get into a custom game like I do to test ping. I'm so glad I did because in getting into the game, I realized all my rune pages were gone. I've got 11 of them, and I had roughly 9-10 of them made into custom saved pages. Basically I'm saying I have no reason to only use presets, but yet here they are and they're all I have access to.

In fact, I actually had the presets hidden. Guess this is the punishment I get for not using the premade pages.

I'm so glad I actually got into a custom first. I can't imagine how badly this would've ruined a game. [sg-shisa]

We have/had scattered reports if this one but it's bit hard to nail down - did you make all of your pages in one session (i.e all the pages before logging off?) Or did you made them over multiple sessions? 'A session' can be multiple days but only one 'login' if that makes sense (ex: I login Monday but leave my computer on and logged in to League til Wed, that's one session).

We think there's something weird with hitting the server to save them, so that info will help us rule things out.

EDIT: Ty to all the people posting their situations, helps a lot. Will show this to folks on Monday.

It happen to me too, every time I loge in my runes gets deleted pls riot fix this

My rune pages got deleted as well. So did my husband's. We both have made them over several patches on our accounts.

I hope you resolve this soon.

I know this is an old thread but my rune pages just got deleted for the 3re time in 4 days. WTH is going on? I have never seen this before and I am getting sick of remaking 10 rune pages! Also, the client is so laggy/glitchy.... Everyone says so. Please at least fix this rune issue asap! Oh and 2 of my friends have experienced the same issue within the past couple of weeks! Try running a full repair then making 1-2 pages and exiting the client. I've had my pages disappeared 2 days in a row now after exiting the client and launching it later on that day or next day. I ran the full repair made 2 pages and logged out and relaunched and my 2 pages are still there.

The same thing has happened to me twice since the new rune system has been launched. The first time happened about a month or so ago. The second time just happened last night. The pages were not made in one session, although after the second time the deletion happened I did re-make them in one session.

Yea same thing happened to me. i had about 7 rune pages and all of them are gone. on both my accounts. was hoping there was a fix for this. getting really tired of having to keep redoing them before a game

This just happened to me. I had 10 different runes pages. created in different sessions. Are they just gone? Will i get them back? It happened after you "fixed" the mission/game history thing. Sucks pretty bad if you realize that while creating a game...

just logged in to find all of my rune pages had been deleted too. I had roughly 9/12 completed pages.

This just happened to me 2 days ago. In season 7 I bought 7 rune pages with RP and got no problem with them since ereyesterday. Before that I actually renamed all of them multiple times to make it easier to distinguish between them and the preset pages. I did it one day before the update which made the preset pages also disappear in the game-lobby if you checked the box with hiding the preset ones. So in other words I changed all of their names in one session. After I realized they got deleted I made 2 new ones and after I checked today, they also got deleted. In my perspective this has nothing to do with how they are named, because most of them I named ">3: Sorcery", but after the first time they got deleted I named one simply "Precision".

same for me! runepages are deleted and as soon as i exit the client all of them get deleted again. also i cant access my emote wheel anymore getting the error EM01?!

Same happened to me, I login just now and all my custom rune pages are gone and I discovered that during the champion selection in a rank game. sigh well i know riot dont care about my lost.

This happens to me pretty much every other time I log in.

I've had my rune pages set for months, and really only use one page and just change it on the fly before the match starts.

I pretty much have to go straight to my runes under collection before I start a queue to see if I got the bug, and if it is bugged I just restart my client until it brings them back.

I generally restart my client daily.

I got 6/7 runes and all gone , dont know what happpen but I miss my AD/AP/ThreshSupp/Runestest/APsupp/TankSupp RUNES . :)

it told me "welcome to season 2019" and deleted all my runes. well gee client, thanks.

This just happened to me. I made all of my pages in one day, and I also tend to leave league running for a really long time (days or weeks).

this probably doesn't help with the root cause of your issue with pages getting deleted but don't forget you can now edit rune pages before a game with the new runes. I know you paid for the rune pages so you shouldn't have to just a friendly reminder so you're not screwed :)

mine got delteded today to just this morning i loged in all were gone i made them over a cuple of logins not one or two more like 6 7 i hade lke 5 6 or 7 pages omg how can i gett them back im not gonna make all this work again they were custum i worked over alot of them and i dont remember how to make them again :X
