When you ask for 1vs1 to take place on ARAM map then i know that you are bad as player too
Because you just told me that you cant play the first 3 lvl and you need a map to skip 3 lvl to allow you to have 1375 gold on your first buy and to generate gold and xp....
SO YEAH if you ask for 1vs1 at least doit on SR where you start from lvl 1 and with 475g lets see your "real skills"

Not to mention its the map where dying actually gives you an item advantage until you kill your opponent.
most 1v1s is first death 100 cs or first tower. unless its the ones for money, or the legit 1v1s, then it is LITERALLY on ARAM and its nexus to win and when u kill u usually try and execute to buy. You know, thats how tournies online work for 1v1ing :P

A real 1v1 is whoever manages to take the other's nexus, and it's on summoners rift. A 1v1 is already not a good representation of skill, and those kind of rules make it even worse.

i alone did NOT say it was good just telling you how 1v1s are done via tournaments or snowdown showdown. first kill, 100 CS or first tower was SNOWDOWN SHOWDOWN rules by riot themselves. The taking the nexus on Howling Abysse is the rules for 1v1ing online tournaments, or some of them. I can even give you the link if you so wish. It is so that minion and jungle camps are not a factor. You even get to ban champions. Here is the legit copy paste of the tournaments rules and such.
Players must destroy the nexus in order to win.
All Summoner ID’s must be valid. The Summoner ID must match the Summoner ID seen on the match card.
In the event that your opponent has an ineligible Summoner ID, please submit a ticket to customer support along with any valid proof showing the ineligible player.

Ban Phase
1 Ban phase will now take place on your Match Card within the chat. The host team will type in chat 3 champions that are banned from the match. The other team will then ban 3 champions from the match. The first 3 champions chosen by both teams are banned for your match. *Calling bans outside of the PGL chat will not be accepted by PGL support without conclusive evidence.
3 Bans must be called prior to the scheduled start time of the match. Any bans called after the scheduled start time will not be valid unless acknowledged by your opponent in chat.

1-It allow you to skip the first 3 lvl (many cheese tactics and outplays are around lvl 1-2 and who would take first the lvl 2 who would manage the minions better ARAM dosent have that so pretty much this alone is why the map is bad to determine someone skill in 1vs1)
2-the MAP generate gold and xp so even if you are playing for behind you will catch up so the map favor the less skilled player
3-The kills only worth 140g so even if i kill you i would need to kill 2 times to have the same amount of gold that i would take on S.R
4-The MAP allow you to start a big item that some champs with big ratios can do better while in S.R you need to put your own skill to make for the less gold you start with
So ARAM is not a good map for 1vs1 if you want to determine your "skill"
Not to mention the this MAP have unbalanced items that dont even exist in normal games
