http://quickfind.kassad.in/ changed the information they provide to now longer estimate MMR among other things. It also says they made the change "To comply with new League of Legends terms and regulations."
Is showing team MMR estimates now against the rules?
If yes, why?
They were likely using data collected via RTMP for their estimates. (RTMP is the way the air client talks to the server). As of October 1st, Riot is not allowing general usage of RTMP except by the air client itself, intending to replace it with official Riot APIs. During the transition, certain RTMP uses are still allowed, but only for very specific and limited information.
