With the changes of heals on her Q for herself instead of W, plus with her auto-attack speed increased, it makes it seemed to have ADC Soraka to be somewhat viable in weird ways.
Riot, care to nerf her AD numbers? Or else, another rework?

All her abilities scale on AP. making her rely on auto attacks more than abilities. Not sure how soraka can work as an adc.

hard to say, because her abilties have .5 cast time which make weaken auto attacks.
