Legacy skins

Well I guess I'll post this here since a post about buying art doesn't belong in Story and Art. Hopefully this time I "adhere to board guidelines".

Dear Riot,

There are a lot of legacy skins. A lot of people will never buy them because they aren't around for some event (e.g. Harrowing, Snowdown). I think it would be neat if, as part of the weekly champion and skin sales, you brought one or two skins out of the legacy vault for that week. They wouldn't have to be on sale, just normal priced. The fact that they'd be available to buy is enough.

In other words, I'd really like a shot at being able to get Coral Reef Malphite.
