Can we get a free reroll for ARAM if we got the same champion more than once in a row?

From either start or a reroll? I would love this since it seems that I get the same champion that I had rerolled to or played last game about 50% of the time. EDIT: I realize this would make things super good for the 'champion X' only aram accounts. Therefore, this is probably a crap idea unless all champions are unlocked for aram, but for owning all but like 15 champions. I get the same one over and over again far too often.
