Can you get first week champ shards?
Could I get a Kled or any new champ on there first week of release A.K.A when they are 7800?

DominionBlade1 votesi like to think if you have the random champ for 1700 ip you can get him. All you have to do is turn 3 of them in and then merg them into a champ you dont have. this is how i got every champ.
