As long as you have over 200 shouldnt it be an S? And i had superb objective participation and 22 kills

Sadly, the grading system puts way too much stock into CS. Even if you have good objective and kill participation, you also need to have equally good cs unless you're a support. The only times it's different is if you completely skew your stats in one way.

An example would be an LB game where I barely scrapped 20% kill participation but because I spent most of my time shoving lanes and taking objectives, I ended up getting S either way because I had way more CS/turret/inhib kills than an LB would normally have.

Lol had a game as shen where i splitpush the entire match and barely had a positive KDA but no one came to contest so i literally ended the game from toplane and got an S

You should've beaten Teemo at farming that's why, the game saw his farm score, and realized that your score could do much better. Heck you didn't even have the best farm on your team, which is very important for S'.
