Actually I usually do that when I emote my champs. It restarts their movement every time but their audio always goes through and finishes the dialogue and or laugh. usually takes a second to do the audio again for me after it finishes

bind them to easily accessed key... for example when I play Singed, I bind laugh to T (I know, I am a horrible person :)

If I remember correctly, it was because back then no champs had special recall animations and they thought that it was less clear you were recalling if your champ was doing some random thing, so they made it so you'd have to sit still while recalling for clarity.

Now that so many champs and champ skins have custom recall animations, they should add it back in.

The Bilgewater chest "free skins" thing is a scam. If you see it shared, immediately report it and do not click on the link.

It's just like the pool party scam that went around on the forums. Do not click it. The only Riot promotions are announced on the News page and/or can be found on the support page here.

If it sounds like an awesome deal, immediately be skeptical about it and check on the League News page if they announced it.

This reminds me when I used to emote when I played White Mage in FFXI whilst teleporting people to Teleport: Mea, Holla, Dem, etc. Usually it got me more tips. Gil :D Anyone here play that game? It was so hardcore back in CoP Days ^_^

It'll perform the audio but not the animation. There could be champions that allow it that I'm unaware of, but I'm not going to check each one to verify it. If you know a specific champion you can do it with, let me know.
