What champion has the most toxic playerbase?
In my opinion, I'd say it has to be Vayne or Irelia. Both tend to think they are god's gift to League of Legends and they can do no wrong.

They always blame their team when they jump in early and get focused down. Like everyone else's job is to ensure she gets her ult off.

I think assassins in general, but not for the reasons you think.
In fact, I think I kind of get why, and I don't blame them for it.
Assassins are designed to kill, not just farm up and get objectives like certain roles. They can't protect their teammates very well compared to tanks, they can't take objectives as safely as adc's, their entire kit is designed to get in, kill a priority target, and get out.
Assassins are very reflex based. Warding and other game knowledge supplements this, but it's easy to get tunnel vision if you need to focus on your character every second in order to not slip up. It's not a forgiving role until you leave laning phase if you screw up, because if you can't kill with a character designed to do so, you're not going to do a whole lot.
I'd say Vaynes or Rivens.
They play the champion to be a monster, killing people left and right. If they don't get to that point, they're prone to get irritated, frustrated, and yelling at their whole team. If they do get that way, then their egos go through the roof, making them irritating to have in the game (your team or not). It's a lose-lose situation for the rest of us.
Shaco, without question. By playing shaco you're making the statement that you don't care if anyone in the game has fun but you. At least other champs are fun to have on your team if they're not jerks. Shaco, even if played by the nicest person in the world, creates a negative game experience simply by existing.
Only noob vaynes are toxic. They see a montage and immediately try to copy it. Anyone who's played vayne for more than 3 knows the champ has limitations that need to be worked around before she can accomplish this.
