Free Skin (during Snowdown)

Hey guys, I just saw that Rito gifts you a mistery skin if you buy a 975+ RP skin during Snowdown. My question now: Before this offer I bought Muay-Thay-Lee in my Snowdown Shop (-70%!) but I didn't get the skin (that's legit, I bought it before Rito's offer). So, can I refund the skin, then buy it again to get the mystery skin? Or does the offer only count for every 975+ RP you spend (so that a skin that's -70% doesn't count, cuz then it is 292RP)?
