Im absolutely sick of not being able to report

since patch 5.11 my league client has been plagued with a bug that your [riot assistance] admits happens to a select few. I am okay with having to sign out of my computer after every game, on my laptop thats like an extra 30 seconds on the queue. But there are some people I just really want to report. Please Riot give me an option outside of the end game screen where I can report players instead of having to sit by mutely hoping the rest of my team reports them too. Its really annoying when I get trolled and its impossible to do anything about it. Especially when you guys supposedly did a revamp of the report system. To me thats still a myth because as it stands so far it is impossible for me to be able to use it
