Wanting To Gift?

So I play on two accounts and both are loaded with skins/goodies, ect, and well.... now that im a tax paying citizen with a mortgage, wife, ect, I just don't have time to play on two accounts, much less one. Is there anyway to simply gift whats on the account to somebody else?

only way is to give password and username i dont know of any other way but once that happens*[zombie-nunu-bummed]* they could change there name and password for rp i think
