Can anyone refer me to a great website to create Gifs & Image?

By Gifs, I mean wanting to make proper videos with added textbox/images into the video itself. Kind of like how Laughing Fish always does it.

And by image, meaning where can I upload my image to a website where I can copy its URL so that the picture won't be too small when I copy+paste the link. I usually use Memeful Generator, but the link always makes it too small. Hopefully someone could refer to me a website where I can edit the size of the picture I could upload.

So could anyone name me a few websites to make nice Gifs & Images? I just want to create better fun threads/comments to make next time. Help me, Laughing Fish senpai T.T
