New use for Champion shards/permanents and Blue Essence: Champion Icons!
Right now there are extremely limited uses for Champion shards and Blue Essence, especially if you own all champions, so I've got a proposal;
- Upgrade Champion Permanent into a Champion Summoner Icon
- Upgrade Champion Shard and Blue Essence into Champion Icon
- Purchase a Specific Champion Icon using only Blue Essence
