If people support the fact that Ranged Top champions is somewhat okay & balanced
Then Bot Lane Ziggs shouldn't be touched for any nerfs at all. It's fair.

The problem is that when ziggs rework came around, nobody said a thing because he wasnt meta. But now that he can 2 shot turrets and it's shoved in the community's face, its an issue.
then what do you do- ban ranged champs from top lane? Bye,
