Man.. Leaverbuster is busted as hell

So league has been acting up lately as of the last patch, mostly with connection issues and various other issues where it will just shut down a match mid way through it, black screen in the match making etc, it's just a mess atm. Last couple matches i had 25 MS, yet kept on constantly disconnecting, no ping spikes, internet was fine, purely league based bullshitery. Had no issues in any other game i tried.

I usually never dodge matches unless given the circumstance that id'e rather have a 5 minute penalty over 30 minutes of pain and torture when my team is already going for each others throats in the champ select phase and claiming they are going to feed now, or if something went wrong with the client... That being said, i can't even remember when the last time i dodged a match was, probably months if not a year ago.

I was "forced" to dodge a queue today because of the infamous black screen bug, where you join a match and you can't see anything, can't pick your champ, runes, etc etc, nothing but a black screen. Even though it was an ARAM, i really didn't feel like having no idea what champ i got, nor any idea what mastery's and runes i would have to use on said champ. So i dodged it, because well, ARAM is luck based enough.

Boom, 15 minute penalty. Holy shit Riot.... so... 15 minute penalty, for something out of my control, let alone the fact that i haven't dodged a fuckin match in who KNOWS how long. So long ago that i cannot even remember when the last time i did. And i don't dodge matches frequently, soooo.... That must mean your leavebuster punishment tier takes over a year to drop you from 1 single dodge.

There really needs to be some leavebuster fixes... Maybe some detection on whether said dodge was justified... Like getting the black screen of not getting to click anything... I should not be punished for issues like that of which i have no control over what so ever... I mean yes, it's not really "justified" if you leave because you just don't want to be forced to play with the team mates you got, that would be a personal decision. But i think when something goes wrong with the client like the black screen bug i listed, that you should not get in trouble for dodging that....

I mean, yeah, 15 minutes may not seem much to some, but it's a lot to someone who has dodged maybe 2-3 matches in over a year. Especially when that third dodge was basically forced.
