Poppy Anime!!!

Not only does she already Resemble an anime type character, but her lore? http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/champions-skins/champion-update/champion-insights-poppy-keeper-hammer .............. Its begging to be a great anime. A yordle who is given a mission to find someone who is worthy of wielding the hammer, but is unaware that SHE is that person. So she wonders around looking for this person that doesn't exist while saving people and hunting things kinda like its the family business? I dunno sorry its a bit of a ramble....I just really like this update.
