If it's a bug, I highly recommend not exploiting it unless it's intentional or allowed (Riven animation cancel is one such example, IIRC, that was greenlit long ago).
Exploiting bugs to gain an advantage is grounds for punishment. It's a breach of sportsmanship, for one, so I recommend double-checking and getting verification first.
Also, be more specific with the bug. "Sion Q" doesn't tell us that much. What exactly is the bug? What advantage does it give? Why is it a bug?
